Health Benefits
SCSC company health care plans are designed to provide
employees and their eligible dependents with options so
they can elect the health care coverage that best meets
their needs.
Medical
The company offers employees a choice of two PPO medical
plans, Choice and Standard. In addition to the medical
and surgical benefits, eligible employees have coverage
for prescription drugs.
Dental
Our Indemnity Dental coverage is an important part of
an employee's total compensation and helps the employee
pay for necessary dental care, including expenses for
routine oral examinations, cleaning, fluoride treatments
and X-rays, as well as many basic and major restorative
services.
Vision
Vision coverage helps pay for eye exams, eyeglasses, contact
lenses, frames, and offers laser vision correction procedures
at a discounted price

Plans
401(k) Savings Plan
SCSC companies provide a convenient way to save for retirement.
To help build savings, employees may:
- Save a certain percentage of their
eligible compensation on a pre-tax basis and/or an after-tax
basis.
- Company will match a percentage of
the employee’s salary.
- Choose to invest their savings in
various funds with different levels of risk.
Paid
Leave
Leaves of Absence
SCSC offers unpaid leaves of absence, subject to advance
approval, for certain quality-of-life needs, including
family care leaves.
SCSC offer paid leaves of absence,
subject to advance approval for military leave, maternity
leave, and bereavement leave.
Paid Time Off
SCSC companies provide paid time away from work to relax
and recharge, including 2-3 weeks vacation, 10 holidays
and 10 sick days annually.

Benefits
Disability
Eligible employees who are out of work due to illness
or injury may receive short-term disability and long-term
disability benefits at no cost to employees.
Unpaid Leave
We allow eligible employees unpaid, job protected leave for specified family and medical conditions as defined by the Family and Medical Leave Act. Please click here for additioanl information.
Life/Accident Insurance
SCSC provides basic life insurance, Accidental Death &
Dismemberment insurance at no cost to employees.
Employee Referral Program
Our employees are eligible to participate in the employee
referral program. Rewards are available upon initial submission
of a resume of a qualified individual. If the individual
is hired and stays with the company for at least 90 days,
a $250 referral bonus will be paid to the referring employee.
